We formalized our policy for integrating extra-financial criteria into our management processes starting in the first half of 2019, beginning with our long-only equity range.
This approach was extended to long/short management as early as 2020. Our methodology is based on the following principles :

A risk-based ESG integration approach that respects our commitment to invest across all economic sectors, while favoring companies that best address the ESG risks they face.

A pragmatic exclusion policy that values progress and supports transition.

No activism, but ongoing dialogue with company management teams.
The dedicated ESG team consists of a manager and an analyst.
The sector expertise of our portfolio managers is enhanced by the study and monitoring of relevant extra-financial criteria, sector by sector, by our ESG analysts.
