Notice to unitholders - Exane Pleiade Tresorerie

We wish to inform you of the publication of a new prospectus for the Exane Pleiade Trésorerie mutual fund, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2024/927 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2024, amending the UCITS and AIFMD Directives (hereinafter “UCITS 6”), which requires undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) to adopt, in particular, two liquidity management tools.
The changes made to the mutual fund are described in the attached notice to unitholders.
