Notice to shareholders - Exane Funds 2

We would like to inform you of the publication of a new prospectus for the SICAV Exane Funds 2, as part of the compliance process with Directive (EU) 2024/927 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2024 amending the UCITS and AIFMD Directives (hereinafter “UCITS 6”), which requires undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) to implement, in particular, two liquidity management tools.
The amendments made to the SICAV, applicable to the Exane Equity Select Europe, Exane Equity Select Focus Euro, and Exane Pleiade Fund and Exane Patrimoine Solution sub-funds, are described in the attached notice to shareholders.
