Notice to holders of the Exane Pleiade Performance mutual fund

We would like to inform you of the publication of a new prospectus for the Exane Pleiade Performance fund.

The Exane Pleiade Performance mutual fund (feeder fund, which invested in Class A (ISIN code: LU0616900691) of the Exane Pléiade Fund sub-fund of the Luxembourg SICAV Exane Funds 2 (“Master Fund”), now invests in Class S (ISIN code LU2049492049) of the same Master Fund.
