Introduction of a “Gates” mechanism

We wish to inform you that, as of November 15, 2024, the mutual fund (FCP) Exane Pleiade Performance will have a redemption cap mechanism (known as “gates”) in place to allow redemptions to be spread out if the master fund in which it invests triggers its gates and if it is in the interests of the unitholders.

You will find information about this introduction in the attached notice to unitholders. The conditions for activating the gate mechanism are also described in the prospectus and the fund rules, updated versions of which are available on our website.
